Pricing questions

Is pricing per workstation or per site?

Per workstation/computer, not per site — so you only pay for what you actually use. For example, five workstations on the Bronze plan is $645/month total. It scales cleanly as you add or remove devices.

What's the difference between Bronze, Silver and Gold?

All three include operating-system & hardware support, 24/7 proactive monitoring and premium local support. The difference is response speed: Bronze has a 24-hour SLA, Silver a 4-hour SLA, and Gold a 1-hour SLA for mission-critical operations.

Can I add security, backup, network or Microsoft 365?

Yes — add them à la carte: managed antivirus ($10/device), managed backup ($10 per 100GB), network management ($100), Microsoft 365 apps ($12/user), and servers or other infrastructure from $50/device. We right-size the mix during onboarding.

Are there onboarding fees or long contracts?

No onboarding fees and no long-term contracts. Your rate is locked for 12 months with 60 days' notice on any change, and paying annually saves 10%.
